Fulgini moves to RC Lens
The Frenchman returns to his homeland having played 18 games for the Zerofivers.
Angelo Fulgni is leaving 1. FSV Mainz 05 and returning to France. The 26-year-old has moved on loan to RC Lens until the end of the current season. Lens, who are currently second in Ligue 1 have a compulsory buy-option. Fulgini played 18 competitive games for the Zerofivers.
"Angelo joined us in the summer, but has played less than he had hoped. He came to us with the wish of being able to join RC Lens – Angelo grew up in the region and at the second-placed team in France he has the chance to play in the Champion League. Also, the economic terms were acceptable for us. We wish him all the best and lots of success in Lens," said Zerofivers’ board member for sports and communication, Christian Heidel.
